Research On The Harmonious Development Of University Students' Ideological And Political Education

A new proposition to construct "the social harmonious society" was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of CCP. The essence of social harmony is the harmony, namely the harmonious relationship among people and individual gentleness. To construct social harmonious society naturally must carry on the ideological political education to all citizens including the university students. At the same time, the ideological political education of university students is also brought into line with the field of vision of harmonious society. To realize the university students'ideological political education harmonious development, also has become a question which the current universities extremely pay attention and urgently await thoroughly to study. This article profoundly analyzed several related questions about the university students'harmonious development of ideological political education and attempt to discuss its way of realization. The full article altogether can be divided into five major parts:The first part: the research on harmony and the related concept. Firstly, the meaning of"harmony" is analyzed through the explanation of"peace" and"agreement". Next, four big functions of harmonious development are combed from some Chinese and foreign scholars'works: namely diverse unification, relational coordination, strength balance and functional optimization.The second part: the research on the value of harmonious development of ideological political education. From the foundational harmony, the match harmony, the compatible harmony, and the function harmony, analyze the connotation of the harmonious development of the university students'political educationThe fourth part: the research on the basic request on the harmonious development of university students'ideological political education. Mainly there are three aspects: First, the harmony between the university students'ideological political education and the social development; Next, university students'own harmonious development of ideological political education; finally, the harmonious development of the view of harmonious development itself.The fifth part: the research on the principle and its realization way of the harmonious development of university students'ideological political education. The university student thought political education is a net spatial structure constituted by different kinds of factors. The harmonious degree directly relates to the effect of the ideological political education and quality of raising talented person. We must make every effort to cause various factors to depend on mutually for existence, coordinately and mutually promoted, thus advances the university students'ideological political education to be highly effective, fast-acting and actually effective.
