The Research On University Ideological Political Education Mechanism Under Harmonious Concept

At present, China is in the social transition period of great change in the construction ofa harmonious society at the same time, social transition is a vibrant community, but alsocomplicated contradictions, there are so many problems appeared. Interest differentiation inChina during the period of transition, the gap between rich and poor widening, this situationwill cause damage to the interests of the social vulnerable groups psychological loss, mentalloss may lead to their behavior on the extreme, Faced with this situation, how to do thevulnerable groups of the ideological work, the balance of their psychological, promote thebuilding of a harmonious society is a problem we must to face. To build a harmonious society,in the process of social transformation, ideological and political education is very necessary.This article introduce the concept of harmonious ideological and political educationmechanism research, through the overview of relevant theories, strengthens to theharmonious idea and the understanding of the mechanism of ideological and politicaleducation, have a preliminary understanding of reason of the ideological and politicaleducation on the concept of harmony. The article explains the basic theory system ofIdeological and political educations in universities, by running status analysis mechanism,find out and analyze the reasons, and the guarantee of the harmonious ideas in three aspects:education idea, content and system into the mechanism of the ideological and politicaleducation in Colleges and universities.This article altogether is divided into five parts:The first part, introduction. This part mainly elaborated the paper research backgroundand significance, and analysis the present situation of related research at home and abroad,put forward the research ideas and methods, and points out that the innovation of the paper,and lays the foundation for the research and writing paper.The second part, an overview of the relevant theory. Through to the harmonious idea andcontent of ideological and political education mechanism, etc, to deepen understanding,analysis of the harmonious idea and the inner link of ideological and political education.The third part, theoretical basis of the concept of harmony mechanism of Ideological andpolitical education in universities. This paper puts forward three theoretical foundations: The theory of human’s all-round development; The Indoctrination Theory; The mechanism ofIdeological and Political Education.The fourth part, analysis of the current situation of Ideological and political education inUniversities. To make objective evaluation on the basis of the existing mechanism, find outthe mechanism of deficiency, and analyze the reasons.The fifth part, through education idea, education content and education system, fromthree aspects to ensure the harmonious concept introducing mechanism of ideological andpolitical education.
