Classroom teaching is a kind of traditional way. Though it has been carried on for a long time, the gap between the students is always a big problem, which is difficult to solve. Besides, after more years study in junior middle school, the discrepancy of the English level for each student will be bigger and bigger. This has been what most teachers worried about and become the difficult points of teaching.People are trying their best to find a better way to solve the problem of the teaching model in a big classroom, which most educators in the schools still can't work out. It's no doubt that the gap between the most students doesn't result from the different intelligence, but the different speed of learning and the time they need to grasp the knowledge. In addition at the beginning of the junior middle school, the students have already had a different English level, which I understand deeply. It's a fact that there are some differences in the English level, learning attitude and talent. However,We should take more suitable way to give them enough time and improve their learning effect.Nowadays, the second period of teaching revolution is pushed. Most teachers regard the different English teaching for individual as a good way, which focus on different needs for individual, to promote each student to make a rapid progress. They are willing to get more reference of efficient methods.I have researched work for different teaching according to the theory and considering the character of the junior middle school English teaching. During one year execution, some effect has been achieved. I think it a good way to improve the students English level and English skills. I also hope to do more foundational work for different teaching in the future.
