The 21st century is an era of information. Now days intensified efforts being made in the teaching of information technology throughout the world. The Integration of information technology and other disciplines become a strong force to promote the development and reform of education. The traditional educational pattern is brewing a great breakthrough. Education is confronting the profoundest change in history. In some developed countries, where the educational informationalization has reached a comparatively higher level, have got quite a lot of achievement in IITCC and keep leading the development of educational informationalization. China started later than it should be in the race for IITCC, the process of integrating is comparatively slow due to the lack of theory and inertia in practice. With the deepening reform of the basic course, the integration of information technology and course is becoming a hot spot in china's information technology education and in the process of educational informationalization as a whole.Chinese course is the teaching of mother tongue. To make up for the inadequacy of Chinese teaching with modern information technology is an urgent requirement of deepening the reform of Chinese course teaching and is also where the significance of the IITCC lies. This thesis is based on the theories, such as systematology, constructivism theory, human-centered learning theory, media studies theory etc. to analyze the connotation, features and requirements of the IITCC in-depth and to explore the integration of teaching plan, learning resources and teaching assessment under the circumstance of information technology in order to find an effective approach towards integration. In the process of IITCC, we should try our best to avoid the misunderstanding of learning resources, deviating from the aim of situational teaching, neglecting the change of teaching process, ignoring the thinking variety, absolute student-centered teaching method, being lost in hypertext reading and neglecting help students develop healthy emotion, attitude and values. We should strive to form new outlook on students, to remold teachers' role and make students an independent and distinctive individuals with developing views. We should bear in mind the idea of exploring new teaching idea, including the idea of respecting students' lives, many faceted answers, forming students' sense of questioning etc. We should fully understand the change of the old approaches of reading, writing and association for the new ones by IITCC, and thus to achieve an effective IITCC in an all-round way.
