In nowadays high-speed developing of information society, the integration of information technology and subject teaching has a necessity and practicability. Teachers can use many kinds of information technologies, and their ability to use the information technologies also different from each others. These lead to an uncertain teaching effect of the integration. Moreover, the teachers’ own factors will also have an impact on the teaching effect. This paper mainly studies on the relatively advanced teaching environment, Teacher T used what kind of information technology and Chinese teaching content integration means in the teaching process, what’s the effect, and what kind of influences that the teachers’ own factors have. After the observation of Teacher T’s classroom teaching typical examples and the observation of Weblog that they used in extracurricular, and according to the interviews to Teacher T and her students, author found that Teacher T and the school leaderships’ theory and attitude towards the integration strategies of information technologies and subject teaching contents are advanced and positive. Teacher T has certain ability of information technology application, and for the integration of information technology and Chinese teaching, she also has a lot of experiences. In her two teaching classes, she used three kinds of teaching methods, the teacher teaching, students learning method that based on multimedia technology, the network technology based theme discussion on the classroom and the Weblog based extracurricular communication and learning platform. She used them according to the teaching contents, teaching schedule, different classes and different conditions. These three kinds of teaching methods in the whole teaching process had a positive effect. However, it is worthy to attract educators’ attention that the negative influences of students’ own factors for the teaching effect. And these negative influences should be continuously improved in practice.
