Scholastic physical education plays an important role in education, which improves the physical condition, enhances the awareness of the importance of health, makes students form the habit of lifetime physical training, and helps to improve the quantity of the citizens. Physical education is a basilica part of school education. It is the basic organization to reach the goal of the school education. It is the activation of teaching and leaning. Stressing on the physical education of the students will be good for the pupil in the period of rapid growth, and contribute to their developing. The physical condition of the nation can also get benefit from that.The physical teaching is one of the most important factors which impact scholastic stuff education and whole educational developing level. Therefore, analysis and study of the students' physical teaching is propitious to realizing how much attention do the leaders pay to physical teaching, optimizing and conforming the teachers stuff, blazing students' interest from physical classroom to athletic sports, also improving the deepen and expand of the teaching and research system thus promotes the reform of the new courses.Since 2002, with the implement of new curriculum standard in Dongguan, a comprehensive and systematic reformation have been being carried out and getting satisfactory effects. Nevertheless, some problems still exist in the P.E course of primary and middle educational systems. This survey is based on "the decision about further educational reform and stuff education progress by Chinese Communist State Department" promulgated on in June, 1996, and "Physical education and health" of students' courses standard. Questionnaire, interviews, literature reference, Internet data reference and statistical analyses were adopted. 800 students in primary and middle schools and 300 P.E. teachers in Dongguan were inquired using questionnaire and had informal discussions with well-known experts to analyze the existent problems in our educational systems.
