Teacher specialization is the requirement of The Times for teachers,and it is the motive force of teachers.With the development of world economy,the demand for talents is increasing day by day.As a human soul engineer,teachers’ professional level has a direct impact on the educatee’s acquisition of knowledge and the formation of values.The 18 th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the fundamental task of implementing "Moral education and educating people".In2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Moral Education and Educating People and other policies to meet the requirements of teachers’ professional ability,and the professional level of physical education teachers has attracted the attention of the society.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for the specialization of primary physical education teachers in Dongguan,improve the comprehensive quality of primary physical education teachers in Dongguan,promote the scientific research and teaching ability of primary physical education teachers in Dongguan,and promote the pace of self-development of primary physical education teachers in Dongguan.To enhance the professional theoretical knowledge,professional quality and professional ability of primary school physical education teachers,strengthen their professional belief,and establish the concept of lifelong learning and lifelong exercise.The object of this study is the current situation of primary school physical education specialization in Dongguan City.By using the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of PE teachers’ specialization in primary schools in Dongguan City.Based on the basic situation of PE teachers,their professional knowledge and ability(basic knowledge structure,professional knowledge structure,professional skill structure),and professional cognition,this paper conducts an investigation and research.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The basic situation of primary school physical education teachers in Dongguan: the gender structure is relatively unbalanced;The title is unreasonable;Educational attainment;The major with the highest degree is teacher training.High workload;Wage polarization;46.59% were employed in non-physical education teaching.(2)Professional knowledge and ability of primary school physical education teachers in Dongguan City: high level of professional knowledge,solid theoretical knowledge,high cognition of professional knowledge of physical education teachers,a small number of teachers need to improve their professional knowledge,professional ethics meet the requirements of teachers,and firm professional faith.(3)Professional cognition of primary school physical education teachers in Dongguan:teachers have a clear specialization path,a small number of teachers have insufficient special training,lack of participation in special amateur competitions,low reading amount of professional journals,do not often use the Internet for learning,do not listen to experts’ reports and meetings,and low cognition of lifelong learning.Suggestion: At the government level,education authorities should provide professional platforms for PE teachers,organize teaching and research staff,assist famous teachers’ studios,and regularly carry out PE teachers’ professional knowledge learning,professional skills practice and professional-related lectures.Regular training of physical education teachers should be carried out on the basis of "teacher orientation",consolidate the professional belief of physical education teachers,and promote the cross-district teaching research of physical education teachers in each district.Actively promote the sports master studio to recruit students.Physical education teacher’s professional title evaluation should be multi-directional assessment,breaking only papers,only certificates;At the school level,schools let PE teachers return to the post of education.Pay attention to the common needs of physical education teachers in their work,and ensure that physical education teachers need equipment or materials in professional technology improvement;At the individual level,physical education teachers take the initiative to categorize and study existing problems in teaching,and independently learn the latest teaching concepts,curriculum standards,relevant documents and relevant professional knowledge theories.Firm professional belief,enhance professional ethics,upgrade professional skills in spare time,communicate with colleagues on topics,participate in amateur sports competition,promote training through competition,and conduct classroom teaching practice with "practice-reflection" model.Students as the center,with textbooks as a supplement,actively create teaching content in line with the learning situation.
