Dongguan City College Graduates Employment Status Analysis

College graduates as the builders of the future society, with its professionaltheoretical knowledge and humane accomplishment, plays an inestimable role in thecomprehensive building of a well-off society in China in the process of. However, inrecent years, influenced by the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,factors such as the financial crisis, college graduates increased year by year appearedthe contradiction and the market demand is insufficient, cause social attention from allwalks of life. Needless to say, the unemployment of college students will bringconsiderable negative effects to the development of society: such as increasing thegap between rich and poor; social security; causing a waste of human capital and soon. Therefore, how to adjust our country’s employment policy, realize the fullemployment of college students is the main goal of the national macroeconomicpolicy, is to solve the problems in development of our country’s.This study is based on the social background, taking Dongguan city as a studysite specific, the employment situation of college students in Dongguan City, andhope to the employment situation of university students in Dongguan City, there is acorresponding research and attention, in order to provide reference for theemployment of University students. This study is divided into five parts, the first partis introduction, mainly discusses the research background and the Dongguan citycollege graduates as research sample significance, domestic and international researchfor the dynamics of this study and the methods of this research and so on; the secondpart is the Dongguan university graduates employment situation of statistical analysis,three aspects mainly discusses the Dongguan city college graduates employment ratestatistics, Dongguan City College Graduates Employment Outlook Survey andanalysis as well as the Dongguan city college graduates employment characteristicsanalysis, provides the basis for this research; the third part for the city of Dongguanuniversity graduate employment problem analysis, in the opinion of the author,resulting in Dongguan city college graduates employment difficult to reason themainly attributed to two aspects of subjective reasons and objective reasons, subjective reasons for the performance of the concept of employment of universitystudents, employment should be strengthened to enhance the positioning andemployment skills to be improved; but the objective reason can be attributed to theemployment environment of University Students, colleges, families and government.The fourth part is to solve the problem of employment of college graduates inDongguan measures, the author will put forward specific countermeasures throughemployment in three aspects of University, government, student, to alleviate theurgent problems in the current college graduates’ employment. The fifth part is theconclusion, shortcomings of this research and main research space for further study,so as to promote the full employment of college students in Dongguan, forDongguan’s economic development "escort".
