Study On The Undergraduates' Leisure Education

The modern education idea requests to pay great attention to the student self-awareness and the potential development and improve student's comprehensive quality and develop their various abilities.The high quality leisure life has the extremely vital significance to human's independent comprehensive development. Einstein discovers human's difference lies in the spare time after researched the phenomenon of "the employed" and "the leisure". To a great extent, the exploitation of leisure time has determined human's quality of life and the career success. The leisure time of today's undergraduates is much longer than before, which has become an important factor in the healthy growth of today's undergraduates and has immeasurable influence on their comprehensive quality improvement and individuality development. Therefore, leisure time education must be involved in higher education, improving the quality of today's undergraduates' leisure life and making them grow healthily and develop comprehensively by cultivating their life attitude and ideas on leisure life.The Theory of Quality Education and Multiple Intelligence are the main theory basis of Leisure Education. Some inquisition researches of the others' and mine manifest the state of the leisure life in today's undergraduates which is not optimistic. Based on the above, it is evident and indispensable to develop leisure education of today's undergraduates whether from the progress of social development or the feature and function of leisure education or the law of growth of the undergraduates. The content of leisure education of the undergraduates are life preparation,noble temperament,accomplishment of the undergraduates and liberal individuality. Consequently, the paper explores leisure education and tries to set up a basic leisure education method of the undergraduates. Moreover, it puts forward some essential conditions to guarantee the leisure education take effect.
