The Study On Main Influencing Factors Of University Performance

Today, advanced education is facing a new environment which is running in high speed and be complex day by day. WTO education trade improves the global advanced education, makes the competition more severity at same time. Above this, how to save and grow up is the important thing to every university today. University leaders and public sectors work for advanced education should make some comprehension on university and influence factors inside.This paper combines the knowledge of organization management ,advanced management,advanced education management, uses the result of organization theory for reference,uses methods such as reference, comparing , history, concluding and cases , supplements the concept of"university performance", seeing the organization as an object, chooses university culture, university system and university stratagem as three main influencing factors on university performance among many influencing factors. According to the common characteristics between an university and a corporation, analyzes the three factors effect on university performance.Through analyzing the culture of Harvard, get a series of forms that university effects on the university performance. Through the history of university system, discuss the influence that university system effects on university performance. Finally, explains that the stratagem is very important to an organization.This paper combines university culture, university system, university stratagem as the main influencing factors on university performance. This paper will have some useful reference to university managers.
