In the new starting point of "double first-class" construction,improving the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of China's higher education has become the focus of China's higher education development.University is an organization that carries on cultural inheritance and continuous innovation.As a cultural organization,the goal of university construction should fall essentially on cultural construction.Culture is the soul of an organization.Organizational culture plays a guiding,cohesive,restraining and stimulating role in the development of an organization.The construction of organizational culture plays a decisive role in the development of an organization.One of the criteria to judge whether an organization's cultural construction is good or bad is whether or not members of the organization identify with the organizational culture and to what extent.University organizational culture identity is the foundation and soul of university culture construction.Studying the status quo of university internal members' identification with university organizational culture can help us grasp the problems in the process of university organizational culture construction more accurately.It can strengthen and improve the construction of university organizational culture,enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of University culture,and enhance the recognition of university organizational culture by the members.Identical suggestions for optimization are put forward.However,through literature search and analysis,it is found that there are few studies on university organizational culture identity,and the related empirical studies are limited.As a well-known “985” university in China,H University ranks on the list of "double first-class" construction.Taking H University as an example,the author combines the current situation of its organizational culture construction with the four dimensions of spiritual,institutional,material and behavioral expression,through questionnaires,understands the status quo of students' identification with its organizational culture,and through quantitative analysis to explore the influencing factors of organizational cultural identity of H university,try to find the focus of improving H University students' organizational culture identity,to provide reference for improving and developing theconstruction of university organizational culture.According to the data analysis and hypothesis verification of the questionnaire results,the author finds that there are significant differences in the organizational cultural identity of H university students;there are also significant differences in the organizational cultural identity of different types of students,which occurs among students with different degrees,school hours and modes of admission;the organizational cultural identity of H university students is positively correlated with their reputation and status,internal fairness,organizational atmosphere and satisfaction of students' needs;the organizational cultural identity of H university students is positively correlated with students' understanding and participation of organizational culture and their personal gains and achievements;the important factors of H University Students' organizational cultural identity include the gains of individuals during their school years,the satisfaction of H university on individual needs,individual understanding and participation of the organizational culture of H university,and the organizational atmosphere of H university.
