The Research On Analysis And Countermeasures Of Higher Education Structure In Heilongjiang Province

With the strategies of"vitalizing the Northeast old industrial bases"proposed by the Chinese government, Heilongjiang's revitalization and development will also be confronted with the significant historical opportunity. In order to make Heilongjiang's higher education adapt to the new desire that social development is eager for all kinds of the talented persons, it is necessary to analyze the higher education structure by the numbers and propose countermeasures. The aim of researching the higher education structure could fully exert the function of the higher education system and make it gain better economic benefit and social benefit. It is very profitable to the future economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province.First, the thesis introduces the developmental situation of the higher education during the"ninth five-year"and"tenth five-year"period in our country and analyzes the changeful trend of the higher education structure. Three countries including American, Japanese and Russian were elected and their higher education structure was separately introduced in detail. According to making an investigation on foreign higher education, we can obtain several beneficial enlightenments of the higher education development to our country. That is: to expand the education scale of graduate students; to make increase in the quality of postgraduate education; to greatly develop the higher vocational education, provide the outstanding technical talent for society; to accurately understand the private higher education nature, promote the development of non-governmental higher education and so on.In this paper, we make emphases on researching the development of higher education structure for the past ten years in Heilongjiang Province, analyze four aspects including the discipline structure, level structure, urban area structure and formal structure in detail and summarize the major problems which exist in the higher education structure in Heilongjiang Province which include the discipline structure, urban area structure, the higher education for adults, the higher technical and vocational education, private higher education.
