Chinese Wushu, with a long history, is an important component of the 5000-year-long Chinese history. Sanda, which is the essence of Wushu ,reflects the core of Wushu .After the constant reform and innovation of 20 years,Sanda has become a quite mature contemporary sport project and now is a project in the national games and a special one in 2008 Beijing Olympic games .With the Sanda competition lashed both in and abroad, Sanda is quickly spreaded and popularized all over the world.At present ,Sanda faces enormous challenges:Tai Quandao is more popular than Sanda;So more efforts still should be made in order to make it enter the Olympic games ;The quality education needs to be strengthened;the problems of the top athletes'source and the retired atheletes'employment needs to be solved. By adopting the research methods of documents,investigation,observation,interview and logic ,This paper ,tapes the students ranging form pupils to the college students and some Wushu school as the research object , to study the contemporary status of wushu among the youth and students of various levels , and the feasibility Wushusanda into their physical education class.Through the research conclusion can be reach that it is completely feasible and extremely essential for Wushu Sanda come into the physical education class of the students ranging from the pupils to the college students .Sanda'being as a part of PE ,Is not only possible to raise the tenacious upward spirit and strong will of the students , but also to build up good physicals and defend themselves, It's the need of the students and their parents, and also it's the need to comprehensively implement the"sports and health"syllabus; To primate the quality education , to carry forward the national spirit as well as to inherit and enhance the outstanding chinese traditional culture ,and to advance the spiritual civilization construction and construct a harmonious society ; It may impel the sport industry and the national economy ,widen the employment channels, Train the high level Wushu Sanda athlete, Solve the retired athletes'employment and at the same time promote the international exchange .So that martial arts can fully develop all over the world and thus finally become a formal project in the Olympic games.
