| As a new kind of existence form, wushu on screen has already gradually obtained people's approval, and more and more people in the field of wushu and screen pay attention to it. The first national screen martial arts seminar in 2005 brings the unprecedented opportunity and the challenge for the development of wushu on screen. Taking this as a turning point, to value, research and develop wushu on screen, making it have the comprehensive consummation and development in the new century, becomes the major tendency of the current development of wushu on screen. This article uses the literature material law, the quality synthetic evaluation law, the contrast analytic method, the logical thinking law and so on carries on the comprehensive analysis and research to the screen martial arts.The findings indicated that, first of all, the screen martial arts are the connection of screen and wushu. Although it appears just a quite short time, its function is that other ways cannot achieve. Secondly, we must be clear about its concept and connotation before we begin the research on the screen martial arts. The huge effect it brought to us has proven wushu on screen is the inevitable product of the society development. Thirdly, the martial arts have provided the rich source material for wushu on screen, the formation and development of wushu on screen has not only enriched the martial arts content, but also played a very important role in developing the martial arts technology, simultaneously impelled the Chinese culture development, caused the Chinese movie to move towards the world, made the China traditional culture promoted. The martial arts have brought the unique ideal condition and the rhythm to the movie. The custom and the complex it displayed have attracted the westerners.
