Study On Achievement Motivation And SWB For The Advanced Personnel In Chongqing

Achievement motivation is a stable personality characteristic. It plays a major role in encouraging people's action. Weather the individual can make certain achievement is depended on he has a stranger achievement motivation. Subjective well-being is an important comprehensive index to measure people's living quality. It is extend of humanism in contemporary psychology. Psychologists believe that happiness is a kind of feeling when people realize his need and dream. It is a complex mentality formed by his the interaction of need, understanding, feeling and other psychological factors with external causes. The advanced personnel are the backbone elements to promote our economic development, social development and the prosperity of our country. Because different people have different requirements, we can't regard the advanced personnel as the people who require high achievement, and at present, research works are paying more attention to the living quality of the advanced personnel. So, to study the achievement motivation, the subjective well-being and the relationship between them have an important meaning to the advanced personnel.This dissertation adopts the SOAM and IOAM form and SWB questionnaire, randomly select part of the advanced personnel in Chongqing area, choose totally 381 effective samples to study. My purpose is to enquire into: 1.The present situation of the achievement motivation and the subjective well-being of the advanced personnel in Chongqing, and are there some differences in sex, age, marriage and degree; 2.The relation between the achievement motivation and the subjective well-being of the advanced personnel in Chongqing; 3. To offer some suggestions about developing the achievement motivation and the subjective well-being of the advanced personnel in Chongqing. The result suggests:Firstly, achievement motivation of the advanced personnel in Chongqing is IOAM, however is also shows SOAM in some extend, the situation has been formed that IOAM and SOAM are existing side by side. Sex, age and marriage have an obvious effect on IOAM. Degree has no obvious effect on the achievement motivation.Secondly, subjective well-being of the advanced personnel in Chongqing is relatively lower. Life satisfaction is 3.52 point, positive feeling is 3.38 point, negative feeling is 2.05 point. MANOVA suggests: Age has an obvious interaction with marriage in living condition satisfaction and negative feeling; There is an obvious difference...
