Purpose:This study through to the Nanjing middle school PE teachers' achievement motivation,the investigation of the status of social support and subjective well-being,preliminary understanding middle school PE teachers' achievement motivation,social support and subjective well-being general characteristics and differences of demographic variables,further proven achievement motivation,social support and subjective well-being the relationship between the two.Methods:With the method of convenient sampling,drawn from a total of 1326 Nanjing middle school physical education teachers,200 as the research object to participate in this study.Each teacher needs to be done three questionnaires,respectively "achievement motivation scale","social support questionnaire" and "overall well-being scale".Each questionnaire recovery of 200 above,three questionnaires are qualified questionnaire as a valid questionnaires,eliminate invalid questionnaire.Finally we obtained 186 questionnaires.Through statistical analysis,statistical analysis software package SPSS20.0 social support for middle school physical education teachers,achievement motivation and subjective well-being independent sample t-test and single factor analysis of variance;Using correlation analysis of middle school PE teachers'social support,achievement motivation and subjective well-being between two correlation analysis;Using hierarchical regression method in controlling the relevant variables(such as demographic variables,social support and achievement motivation),social support to explore middle school physical education teachers,the relationship between achievement motivation and subjective well-being.Results:(1)middle school physical education teachers in the medium level,achievement motivation at lower levels,subjective well-being in the upper level.(2)the overall no middle school physical education teachers of social support on gender differences,there are differences in objective support,achievement motivation,general well-being,there is no difference;In the age of social support,achievement motivation,there is no difference between subjective well-being,the success of the incentives to achievement motivation and fear of failure two dimension and subjective well-being relaxation and tension dimension differences;The differences on the title of social support on the whole,achievement motivation,subjective well-being,there is no difference,fear of failure,control of emotional and behavioral differences.(3)social support,school physical education teachers no correlation between achievement motivation and subjective well-being,embodied in after controlling demographic variables and achievement motivation,social support can predict subjective well-being,social support on subjective well-being net contribution rate of 11.2%).After control the demographic variables as well as social support,achievement motivation can predict subjective well-being(achievement motivation on subjective well-being net contribution rate of 4.9%).After control age demographic variables,social support can predict success motivation respectively(social support for successful motivation net contribution rate of 4.9%)and fear of failure(net the contribution rate of social support for fear of failure was 5.6%).Summary:(1)middle school PE teachers' gender differences,the success of the incentives to achievement motivation and fear of failure two dimension and subjective well-being relaxation and tension dimension differences,the differences of social support on the title on the whole,there are differences,fear of failure dimension in achievement motivation and subjective well-being of emotional and behavioral differences between control dimensions on the title.(2)the middle school PE teachers' social support,no correlation between achievement motivation and subjective well-being,social support degree is high,high level of subjective well-being;Strong achievement motivation and subjective well-being level is high;Strong social support high success motivation,low degree of fear of failure.
