There are470psychological health teachers of primary school from Shenyang city, Anshan city and Dandong city of Liaoning Province have been selected as the test object. Using the anonymous questionnaire test collectively and individually investigated the achievement motivation, subjective well-being and level of occupation burnout on the psychological health teachers of primary school, aiming to discuss the relation between the achievement motivation, subjective well-being and level of occupation burnout on the psychological health teachers of primary school. Through descriptive statistics, the mean analysis, correlation analysis, T test, variance analysis and regression analysis and structural model analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion:1. The achievement motivation, subjective well-being and level of occupation burnout on those teachers are differences in gender, major, age, seniority, title, and in class or not, marriage or not, however part-time and education do not exist significant differences;2. Besides the motivation of avoiding failure and life satisfaction and motivation of avoiding failure and negative emotion, the rest of the achievement motivation and its various dimensions, subjective well-being and its various dimensions, occupation burnout and its various dimensions are significantly correlated to each other;3. The achievement motivation of those teachers have a significant positive effect on subjective well-being, and among those pursuing success has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being. avoiding failure has a significant negative predictive effect on subjective well-being;4. The achievement motivation has a significant negative prediction effect on the occupation burnout, in which pursuing success has a significant negative effect on occupation burnout. avoiding failure has a significant negative predictive effect on the occupation burnout;5. The subjective well-being of those teachers has a remarkable negative prediction on the occupation burnout level, in which the two dimensions of life satisfaction and negative emotion have negative prediction on the occupation burnout level. The positive emotions has a significant positive predictive effect on occupation burnout level;6. Those teachers’ achievement motivation can predict the occupation burnout directly and negatively, subjective well-being can predict occupation burnout negatively, and the achievement motivation can predict the occupation burnout directly through the subjective well-being.
