To give teacher's suitable assessment is one of the most important content of a school's management, which is also a necessary tool to build high quality faclty and to incresase the teacher's teaching ability .To begin with the notion of the teacher assessment the author explores the historical background which developing assessment came forth, expatiates each aspect of teacher's developing assessment which consists of the basic conceptions, the educational supporting theories,the features,and some principles. Then the author bings forwords that developing assessment aims at improving teacher's ability instead of just rewards and punishment. It is a new scientific assessment system which emphasizes coorpration and self-improvement on one side, and promotes teacher's professional development on the other side, so that to realize school's advance in each aspect .Based on the analysis of the current teacher assessment , the author illustractes some examples about the criteria of developing assessment and enumerates different evaluation systems, and discusses how to build teacher's developing assessment of vocation school .In the end ,the author treats of some problems arose in the practice of the teacher assessment in vocational school, including the construction of scientific idea of teacher assessment , the exertion of teacher's subjectiveness in teacher assessment , the requirements to the govenor, and the implication of vague multi-evaluation in teacher assessment .The author hopes that the article have leading effect in the theory and practice research of the evaluation of teacher's developing assessment.
