The paper focuses on the existing problems in students evaluating teaching. To improve education quality is an eternal theme for universities and colleges and to organize effective students' evaluation of teaching quality is a way to achieve the goal. To insurance of the reliability of the students' evaluation of teaching is the requirements of improve teaching quality. However, the existing problems in students evaluating teaching work give scope to the positive function and valve in the evaluation to great degree, such as evaluation time, format, contents, results utilization and teachers and students understandings and attitudes toward student involvement. Thereby, work in various respects must be improved in order to give full scope to the positive and promote role the students play in the evaluation of teaching. Based on research, this article explores the establishment and implementation of teaching quality evaluation by students system and gives some suggestion on its improvement, expounds the author's opinion and understanding of teaching evaluation by the students.
