Evaluation of moral education in higher schools makes value judgments about moral educationin colleges and its process.Whether the value judgment has a high reliability,directly reflect moraleducation evaluation is scientific or not. The reliability of moral education evaluation reflects thedegree of consistency between the result of the assessment and the object.High reliabilityassessment, presenting the result of the assessment is reliable.Developing the reliability of moraleducation evaluation has profound academic significance and positive practical significance toperfect moral education evaluation system,guide the practice of evaluation of moral education inhigher schools and improve the effectiveness of moral education in universities.In this paper,combining literature research and interdisciplinary research,learning theoreticalknowledge of educational measurement, psychology,higher education evaluation and otherdisciplines, basising on the theoretical results on evaluation of moral education in higherschools,combing the connotation, characteristic and classification of the reliability of moraleducation evaluation, discussing the influence factors of it,and then exploring to improve its pathselection. The main content includes the following several aspects.The first part,review and value of reliability of higher schools’ moral education evaluation.From theresearch status of the evaluation of moral education in higher schools and the reliability,this papersummarizes the research status of the reliability of moral education evaluation,and finds that thecurrent research on reliability of higher schools’ moral education evaluation is less.Then,this paperdiscusses the necessity and significance of the research on the reliability of higher schools’ moraleducation evaluation.The second part, the connotation,characteristics and classification of the reliability of higherschools’ moral education evaluation.This part is the logic starting point of this paper.Onlyscientifically defining related meanings of the reliability of higher schools’ moral education,seriously explaining its features and specifically illustrating its classification can we form therelevant theoretical system of the reliability of higher schools’ moral education evaluation and lay asolid foundation for the next study.The third part, exploring factors of the reliability of higher schools’ moral education.This partfocuses on the evaluation body,the evaluation object,the evaluation indicator and the evaluationprocedure.The fourth part,path selection of improving the reliability of higher schools’ moral educationInstituting for factors found,this paper accordingly explores path selection.Namely:we shouid attach great importance to moral education assessment team construction,this is the basis on promoting thereliability of higher schools’ moral education;we shouid effectively strengthen the collaboration tothe evaluation object, this is the security of promoting the reliability of higher schools’ moraleducation; we shouid scientifically set up the indicator system of higher schools’ moral education,this is the main emphasis of promoting the reliability of higher schools’ moral education; we shouidactually grasp the process of the higher schools’ moral education,this is the crux of promoting thereliability of higher schools’ moral education.
