Development of the Science and technology is paid more attention to than literacy arts. It implies that the human is the beginnings point of education .The children are the whole persons who embrace the intellectual and the personalities in the schooling. The essence of the affects education is that we should take good care of the minds of the children and nourish the humanity. Nourishing the good minds are the aims of the education in the kindergartens. There are many chances of the affects education in the play games. Emotions appear when children play games, which stimulates the intense feelings of the children. The children are not the blind to be obedience to the emotions but balance the emotion and the rules of the play games. The children can learn to live, study, being and develop themselves from the play games.Document method, survey method, interview method, observation method are used in the research. I expose to the problems and construct the theory from the facts of the kindergartens schooling. According to the needs of the research, quality research and quantity research are adopted.We understand from the interview and survey that the affects education are overlooked. The factors of the affects education are not dig in the play games of the kindergartens. The aims of the affects education are too wide to operate. Material environment are paid more attention than humanities environment. The qualities of the teachers in the kindergartens need to be improved, especially the qualities of the affects.From the research, we know the concrete environment and the methods and strategies of the affects education in the kindergartens play games, knowing of teachers and real parents `view on the affects education in the kindergartens, showing that the affects education is overlooked by ones in the kindergartens play games. The kinds of the play-games, the principle of the playing games, play-games` role in the affects education, the role of the affects education are involved in the essay. Based on realities, I re-explore the affects education in the kindergartens and refine the line of the affects education, that is,"children are not the subjective overlooked in the affects education, teachers should be commitment to the affects education, and play-games are bridge of crossing the river of the affects education". Understanding and caress is focused firstly on by the affects education.Play-games are the main ways by which the affects education is implemented in the kindergartens.
