Role play is the favorite game of middle class children,and it has special value for children’s physical and mental development,The role of the educational value of the play needs the teacher’s timely and effective guidance.The teacher’s real-time and efficient guidance to the role-play can promote the children’s interest in the game,and promote the healthy development of the children’s body and mind,help teachers optimize the game guidance strategy and improve the quality of children’s role games.The theme of this study is teacher guidance in role games of middle class.Through literature review,on the basis of understanding the existing related research,twelve middle class teachers in a kindergarten in Shanxi Province were selected as the research objects.Taking role games as the research background.Take the teacher’s guidance in role games as the observation content.Using the method of observation,this paper observes and records the role games carried out by six middle classes,and with the help of written records,photos,videos,etc,To understand the status quo of role-playing instruction in middle class,Through random interviews and formal interviews,we can understand the teacher’s views on game instruction.and summarizes the professional knowledge and ideas behind teachers’ quotations about role games guidance.It is found that the problems of teacher guidance in role games of middle class are: Teachers’ professional level is insufficient,observation is not in place,and emotional communication between teachers and children is insufficient.The causes of the problems may be as follows: The deviation of the teacher’s idea of game guidance,lack of knowledge and ability of role-play instruction,lack of observation awareness and ability.Then from the teacher’s own point of view,put forward to enhance the teacher’s role of the game guidance strategy: We should update the guiding concept of teacher’s role game and enrich the practical experience of teacher’s role game to improve the guiding ability.By correct attitude of observation,ensuring the observation time,flexibly selecting observation methods,paying full attention to the content of the game,teachers’ ability to observe the game can be cultivated.On the basis of respecting children’s dominant position in games,caring for children and equal dialogue,we should establish an emotional atmosphere of positive interaction and harmony between teachers and children.In this study,through the analysis of teachers in the process of role-play guidance questions for teachers to answer questions in the guidance game.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the game guidance for teachers,motivate teachers give full play to the actual effect of guidance,improve the quality of teacher guidance game.
