On Creating Poetic Imagery In Classical Poetry Education Based On Dialogue Teaching

Under the great pressure of utilitarianism, classical poetry education has gradually reduced to merely a teaching instrument. As a result, students become indifferent to classical poetry, and at the same time, classical poetry education itself becomes meaningless reading activities without human affection, comprehension and participation, completely losing its unique value. To change that situation, and revive the poetic imagery in classical poetry education, this paper introduces notions of dialogue teaching method, and makes elaboration on it by combining with teaching practices.This paper consists of three parts. Chapter one, analyses and reflects the current utility education of classical poetry, and points out the significance of creating poetic imagery. Chapter two, analyses the association between dialogue teaching method and classical poetry education in theory. The author first stressed the feasibility and necessity of adopting dialogue teaching method in classical poetry education, and then on this basis, the author continued to argue that classical poetry education and dialogue teaching method can be closely connected by creating a poetic imagery while teaching. Chapter three, the most important part of this paper, elaborates the poetic imagery which is created by evident dialogue, indirect dialogue and hidden dialogue of classical poetry education.In all, adopting dialogue teaching method in classical poetry education is an important way and positive exploitation to realize successful classical poetry education with poetic imagery. The integration of the three will bring hopes to change the current utility education.
