The writing ability is one of the most important basic abilities in Chinese study. It has become a way to survive and a life style in the modern society. While the writing crisis is existing objectively.Traces to the source, in our teaching we emphasize too much on how to write an article theoretically and pay much attention to using a fixed formula to practice the writing for exams. And the result of this traditional teaching method is that students cannot make any progress no matter how much writing knowledge they are taught and how many practices they have done. What's worse, students become tired of writing. What this happen because students are in a passive situation in learning and practicing writing. Teachers have neglected students' intrinsic motivation for writing. As we know, students' emotion, interest, hobby, need, motivation play a very important in their writing behaviors. In order to change the serious situation, we should try diligently to stimulate student's writing enthusiasm, raise student's writing interest, and transfer student's intrinsic writing motivation. In a word, we should find a way to make students be willing to write.In this article, the writer utilizes the knowledge of humanism psychology, the cognition psychology theories and the modern writing study research results to explore students' writing action. On the basis of her own teaching experience in writing teaching, the writer proposes the "Publication-Based" theory. That is trying to satisfy students' psychological demand in the way of publishing their work, trying to create some opportunities for students to publish their works just to stimulate their creation enthusiasm and let this kind of passion be able to maintain.
