The Economics Analysis On Behaviors Of Children Educational Consumption Of City Residents

Starting from 1990s, the Chinese government puts the system of education with compensation into full practice instead of government to be the principal part to put investment on social education under planned economy period which impels the changing of family consumption structure and makes the continuously increase of the sum of family educational expenses and percentage. The statistic from various sides shows that the increasing rate on family education has already enormously exceeded the resident index on consumption price and increasing rate on average governable income.However, whether from theory research angle or practice level, it is still far away for us to form a comparatively mature education consuming theory and reasonable market behaviors on education.Therefore, strengthening the research on current Chinese family educational consumption to objectively hold its situation in time and investigate the developing directions has important signification for standardizing education market, inducting rationalization on family educational consumption and reasonable usage for family education funds.This paper mostly adopts study methods like surveys, literatures, etc. It takes the educational consumption situation of Fuzhou city residents on their children as main study objects to spot check their motivations on children educational consumption, main consumed items, quantities, satisfaction degrees... and analyses and discusses on city residents' children educational consumption concept, objective of educational consumption, the practical bearable capacity of family financing,desire on educational consumption, main consumed items and so on. The behaviors of city residents' children educational consumption obviously appear the unreasonable tendency and specialty. The author also provides her considerations on how to lead such kind of unreasonable behaviors to reasonable.
