Various countries will take the innovation of educatipn as the most important link of national modernization in the international competition intense 21st century .The level of the quality of education is decided by the teacher troop's overall quality.It is a common strategic measure that various countries take in the comprehensive national strength competition to set up a high-quality teaching bodv.So, in recent years, more and more the education theory workers of our country , the policy maker and teachers are concerned of the teacher's specialization and the teacher's speciality growth up.The new curriculum reform advocates setting up the appraisal system helping to promote teacher's development, and its aim is to attempt to advance the development of the teacher individual's professional development and specialization of the colony by reform of teacher's evaluation system.Main channel that course implement lie in classroom, and classroom teaching appraise teaching in teachers play very important direction and crane one's neck to look into the distance on function .Therefore, the author will revolve how to draw support the teacher classroom instruction appraisal, namely from the classroom instruction essence, will comment the class guiding ideology, comments the class principle, comments aspect and so on class content and practice rescarch carries on the discussion, reassignment geography teacher's positive self- reconsidering and the practice, will promote own specialized independent development.
