Teachters' specialized growth includes two asbects according to its channel and manner. One is external influence, it means to train the teacher in an orangenal and a planed was. It comes from the social progress and educational progress for Teachers' role and behaviour improvement standard, demand and expectation. The other is teachers' immanent factor which means self-perfect. It comes from teachers' self-role hope, need, practice and seek. Counter teachering is better than traditional teachers' progress model at least in two asbects. One stresses teachers' teaching practice which bases oneself on its behaviour expect and the reviewing, diagnose, self-supervising and self-adjust in order to improve the strategy and raise teaching ability and level, deepen on the deplication of the teaching regulation, adapt to the developing educational demand.The other is teachers' new role, teacher as reseacher. By becoming a researcher, it makes teacher get honour and vitality, and express to the learning degree like lawyer and doctor. It makes teacher from no specialized role of knowledge instructor to specialized learning layer and improve their social image and degree.This thesis starts from the basis theory of counter teaching, makes simple discoursing about primary school. first, the thesis based on counter teaching theory, then analyzes the status quo of primary school maths teachers and raises some propose of how to enforce it. And from analyzes the negative factor, stresses it importance. Also from expector and ordinary teachers' teaching case to show the posibility and importance. Then, from the analysis of the teaching status quo and the case of positive and negative of primayy school maths teacher, showing that primary school maths teacher may comprehend counter teaching and uses it from start to the end. It company the teachering's starting and developing. he thesis inquires into school orangenal layer, points out the oraginor' responsibility during the enforcing of counter teaching. At last, realizing teachers' improvement of counter teaching.The thesis is writed focusing on primary school maths teacher in order to wake up the teachers' consciousness, provide for practicing model for primary school maths teacher, wake up the school orangers' stress and provide the suggestion for the orangers. This may be the bring forth original ideas of this thesis.
