The moral education is a complex social systematic project. The moral mainstream of contemporary academy students is the healthy, but there are also some phenomena. This paper, on the basis of experience, combined with the present moral situation, practically enhances the educational efficiency of academy student from multiple perspectives.In general, the moral mainstream of contemporary academy students is the healthy and positive. They deeply love the Party, deeply love the motherland, and the socialism. They support the policies and routes of our Party firmly, highly identify with "Theories of Deng Xiaoping" and "Theory of Three Represents", have full faith in Comrade Hu Jintao as the chief secretary of Communist Party, insist the Chinese characteristic socialism road, and are confident in realizing the grand goal of well-off society.But since the reform and open policy was carried out, all kinds of western ideological trends have rushed into China and the beliefs of value have been impacted greatly, so the current ideas, moral behaviors and value orientation of the contemporary university students have changed a lot. How to strengthen university students' moral education, and how to improve the efficiency and pertinence of the moral and political work practically are of great significance.The paper is divided into four parts:Chapter one, to state the development of contemporary academies.Chapter two, to introduce related essential factors of personality and moralpersonality.Chapter three, to analyze the present actualities of their moral personality.Chapter four, to explore how to mold ideal moral personality.
