As a new mode of education, E-learning is very popular all over the world for its flexibility and convenience. In our country, learning effect becomes the bottleneck as the end of expanding stage of E-learning arrives, so it is a very significant topic in practice to investigate how to enhance effect of E-learning. The main purpose of this research is to explore the key influential factors of learning effect by using the quantitative analysis.Through analyzing relevant documents, evaluation guide lines of learning effect have been proposed, namely, satisfaction of E-learning, performance of E-learning , and the four key influential factors of E-learning: characteristic of students, characteristic of course, characteristic of learning space and instruction interaction.According to the results of 32 students, who took part in principle of economics and majored in administrative management in Distance Education College of ECNU 2006 fall, by using Pearson's correlation analysis and stepwise Regression Statistic method, it conducted that instruction design and web page design of course, perceived usefulness of learning space both have influence on learning satisfaction and performance; flexibility of E-learning curriculum just has influence on learning satisfaction; other factors just interfere in learning effectFinally, according to research, in order to create a superior environment of E-learning and enhance the learning effect, some relevant suggestions were proposed to learners, teachers, assistants and Distance Education Colleges.
