As a new mode of learning, Online learning realizes the sharing of learning resources and meet the demand of the learner's learning anytime and anywhere,because it gives full play to the advantages of the spreading widely and information updating quickly in the network. At the same time, the national policy support on the construction of online open courses promotes the emergence of various types of online education platform. So it's a very significant topic in practice to investigate how to enhance satisfaction of online learning.Through analyzing relevant documents,evaluation guide lines of online courses'learning satisfaction have been proposed, namely, satisfaction of course and perceived learning outcomes, and the four key influential factors of online learning:characteristic of students, teachers, course and platform. According to the results of school students in Nanjing universities by adopting questionnaire survey method to understand college students' present situation of online learning, most college students have online learning experience. This research adopts methods of correlation and regression analysis, and it comes to the following conclusions: the factors of external motivation, course and platform significantly affects the online learning; the ability of self-regulated influence the learning satisfaction by influencing the perceived learning results indirectly ; the factor of teachers influence online learning satisfaction by influencing course's satisfaction indirectly. So this article argues that the source of providing external incentives; the basic of learning satisfaction in online courses is an optimization course and platform design; the key to improving online learning satisfaction is self-management. the way to improve online learning satisfaction is to change the role of teachers.Finally, according to these conclusion, the article analyzes them through motivation learning theory, adult learning psychology and the theory of self-regulated learning. and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions in some aspects of father involvement: optimizing curriculum design, perfecting the function of learning platform, improve learners' ability of self-regulated learning and changing the teachers' concept to improve learning satisfaction.
