| The teacher-student relationship is not only the primary interpersonal relationship in the process of education,but also the most frequent one in ethic organization of school.How to recognize and grasp its essence and property ;how to build good relationship between teachers and students so as to improve teachers' teaching remains a key problem both at home and abroad. Teachers' basic concepts of education directly affects teachers' perception and judgment. Teachers' perception and judgment affect teachers' teaching behavior, teachers" attitute to students and teachers' style of teaching.And teachers' behavior, attitude to students and style of teaching affect their teacher-student relationship. The teachers and the students in secondary vocational schools are different from the teachers and the students in high schools. They are a special group with their characteristics. It is a good question for study that what is the internal relations between teachers" concepts of education and their teacher-student relationship The dissertation tries to research the effect of teathers' concepts of education on their teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational schools using three teachers cases by qualitative research.This dissertation is divided into four parts. In part one the writer introduces the study reasons, the study methods and the significance of the dissertation; and introduces the current study situation of the teacher-student relationship and teachers'education; and expounds the main concepts. In part two the writer introduces the current situation of the teacher-student relationship and teachers' concepts of education in secondary vocational schools by analyzing the investigation data. In part three the writer expounds deeply teachers' concepts of education in different teacher-student relationship by case study, and makes a brief summary of it. In part four the writer summarizes the effect of teachers' concepts of education on their teacher-student relationship and forwards some constructive practical enlightenment for improving teacher-student relationship to teachers and secondary vocational schools.The results are: First, teachers' passive views of students have bad effect on their teacher-student relationship, teachers' positive views of students are the most important factor in building harmonious teacher-student relationship .Second, teachers' passive views of education function have bad effect on their teacher-student relationship, teachers' positive views of education function are the prerequisite. in building harmonious teacher-student relationship. Third, teachers' views of teacher role have effect on their teacher-student relationship ,teachers' positive views of teacher role play a very important role in building harmonious teacher-student relationship. Forth, teachers' views of vocation have effect on their teacher-student relationship ,teachers' positive views of vocation play a positive role in building harmonious teacher-student relationship .Fifth,teachers' sense of teaching efficacy affected by teachers' views of students, the views of vocation, the views of teacher role affects their teacher-student relationship to a great extent. Sixth, teachers' style of teaching affected by teachers' concepts of education affects their teacher-student relationship to a certain extent. |
