In recent years,the global economy has shown a trend of rapid development,leading to a rare development opportunity in many industries.So,does in the secondary vocational schools.Numerous practical and technical talents are provided to the development of related industries which motivates the economic development from aspects of talents.Therefore,the students who graduated from.vocational schools play a very important role in many fields.In order to better carry out vocational school occupation education and cultivate the talents who can combines technical and practical ability with a relatively high quality,it is the key to consider vocational school students,teachers and campus culture as the breakthrough point.The relationship between teachers and students is one of important basis.In secondary vocational schools,with the help of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,not only can this practice accelerate the pace of building a harmonious secondary vocational school,but also play an effective role in promoting secondary vocational education.At the present stage,the relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools has many problems,which have a very serious impact on the development of secondary vocational education.Under this circumstance,the basic situation of building the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational school construction is to be under exploration via the means of documentary studies,questionnaires,interviews and case studies.Finally,it is to put forward corresponding ideas and strategies to solve the problem which is resulted from the construction of relationship between teachers and students and its cause.In order to give a certain value of reference in promoting the construction of harmonious vocational schools.
