Nowadays,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have promulgated a number of measures to promote the development of vocational education vigorously.Meanwhile,there have also been some problems,including the main affecting factor of the vocational education management quality,i.e.teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational schools.The teacher-student relationship is a multi-dimensional relationship system in which teachers and students work together to achieve education and teaching goals as a fully independent individual through teacher-student interaction.This is particularly true in the secondary vocational campuses where students are trained under the mentoring system.Students in secondary vocational schools are poorly disciplined,and their self-esteem is vulnerable.If the communication strategy is used improperly,students' rebellious psychological state and resistance will be aggravated,and the teacher-student relationship will also be tense and indifferent,so conflicts are to be aggravated.Once conflicts occur between teachers and students,the development of vocational education will be affected seriously.This article describes the status quo of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools objectively,analyzes it on the basis of the related theories of education management,and explores strategies for solving problems in empirical research.At present,the relationship between teachers and students in most secondary vocational schools is alienated,students' momentum for learning is not high,and their mood is unstable.Through case compiling,we cognize frequent cognitive and role conflicts between students and teachers,and then analyze the reasons in combination with the actual situation of the school and then explore effective strategies to solve the problem.Through interviews and investigation with teachers and students,we are going to explore the approach to building a harmonious teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational schools.We should adhere to the following principles in the analysis of cases: teachers should care for students as the starting point of education and teaching management,open communication channels by respecting and trusting students,and insist on regarding objective multi-subject evaluation as guarantees.We teachers should communicate with students effectively,and build good relationships with students,finally become acceptable guides for students with their learning and growth.In the actual work,the author investigates the current status of the teacher-student relationship in the case and the cultural of the vocational school together with its historical background and the surrounding communities and other natural conditions deeply.The author collects teacher-student information through multiple channels,and complete cases.Through the case study method,from the perspective of family,school,teacher,and student,the author analyzes the relationship in the “case text” on the basis of education management theory.This essay makes an objective analysis of the case starting from the following dimensions: firstly,analyzing psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students;secondly,summarizing the factors that hinder the building of a harmonious teacher-student relationship;next,exploring the effective strategies of communicating between teachers and students through mind;the last,building a harmonious teacher-student relationship.The cases text in this study can be used as the basic material for later research.Through this case analysis,the methods of breaking obstacles,and communication strategies for building a good teacher-student relationship at the secondary vocational level can be used as reference materials for subsequent research and for more advanced research.It also can be viewed as a solid foundation for scientific research,and at the same time it can also provide practical evidence in terms of forming education cooperation among schools,teachers,and parents.
