IT, as a subject, is a youngest one in the primary education field, whose characteristics is content-renewal, practical, comprehensive and etc. With the development and update of IT, nowadays, computer teaching changes into IT information education and computer-skill training converts into IT quality-education. Thus, realizing the construction of IT teaching method during the discovery is the basic task of the reform of this subject, especially comparing to the perfected teaching system of other subjects in the primary or middle school. It's urgent to set up the feasible teaching system which fits the characteristics of the subject of IT in the primary or middle school.Based on the inner agent of these backgrounds, this thesis finds out a way of "practice and theory" — the research of IT teaching method to improve "information-teaching skill" of IT teachers, which expects to help teachers improve information-teaching skill by "inserting" IT teaching method into the constructional consciousness of IT teachers, finally to improve the students' capacity of information-quality. The thesis also wants to realize the comprehensive analysis of the development trend of IT teaching in the primary or middle school and tries to explore creativity and perfection by inheriting and summarizing the experience of IT teaching method in the primary or middle school. It is divided into six chapters.Chapter One: According to the characteristics of IT, arranging the suitable theory of the current situation of IT teaching and modern education, and make a certain elaboration and summarization of the whole IT teaching method in the primary or middle school.Chapter Two: Summarizing that teachers should grasp the idea of New Course, master IT teaching method during the rapid informationized procedure, and the premise of which is to know about the development trend and summarization of IT teaching method in our country.Chapter Three: By deep investigation on IT teaching in the primary or middle school, it's necessary to realize IT teaching method in the primary or middle school under the New Course. Meanwhile, the thesis analyzes the reason of it in detail and discusses the type of teaching methods.Chapter Four: Elaborate in detail seven IT teaching methods in the primary or middle school at present by combining the reality and theory. Then from the view ofanalyze of examples of teaching plans and psychology; make a succeeding; perfected and creative application on the present teaching method to meet the need of IT teaching;Chapter Five: By making some typical examples of teaching plans as "dots"; designs of teaching activities as "lines"; elaboration of methods as "surfaces"; it analyses in detail the application of several types of teaching methods in teaching practice.Chapter Six: By optimum choice and evaluation of IT teaching method in the primary or middle school; provide a teaching platform in a certain degree to IT teachers; accelerate the development of IT subject in the primary or middle school and the effect which results from increasing IT teaching methods.The research builds up a systematic; succeeding and creative "theory and practice" system of IT teaching method; based on teaching methods of the other subjects. It emphasizes on letting students master IT; feel IT culture; increase information consciousness and internalize information ethics by solving the practical problems; then at last improving the goal of New Course to cultivate the students' information quality such as "knowledge and skill; process and method; emotional attitude and concept of value and so on"; at the same time; it expects teachers to carry out IT teaching methods effectively to embody the idea of New Course.
