With the arrival of the era of the knowledge-based economy, people more and more become the critical factors for organizations to realize their strategic goals. The development, utilization and management of human resources has become the decisive factors of economic growth and the most important strategic resource of the development of national economy and society. As vocational education is an important component of modern national educational system, we need to accelerate the development of vocational education. The training of high-quality, high-skilled workers. Because vocational school teachers determine the quality of education, vocational school teacher performance appraisal becomes extremely important. With the reforming of school personnel system, vocational school teacher performance appraisal system has not fully adapted to modern science and technology and education. Establishing and improving vocational school teacher performance appraisal system is the most urgent task for the development and management of vocational schools human resource. Performance assessment is conducive to promote the development of vocational education, the all-round quality of teachers and maintaining school competitive advantages. As teachers' work is a kind of very strong individual labor work, its precise evaluation is difficult and not comprehensive. So the evaluation methods, indicators setting, process controlling need us to research. With integrated analysis and investigation of the implementation of teacher performance appraisal of a vocational school, this paper revealed its existence and set forth the methods to improve, to make teacher performance appraisal more standardized and scientific.
