| At present,it is common for colleges of higher vocational technology to pay insufficient attention to teachers’ performance assessment.At the same time,the academic research on establishing performance appraisal is relatively few and systematic.For this reason,this paper takes S vocational college as an example.In view of its current assessment system of teacher performance,it finds out the existing problems through questionnaire survey,finds out the reasons behind the problems,proposes optimization countermeasures,makes up for the existing research deficiencies,and influences the actual needs.To this end,this paper mainly starts from the following parts:The first part: summarize the significance of this research,summarize the current research status at home and abroad,and sort out the basis and blank of theoretical research.The second part: sort out the basic concept of performance appraisal research,and sort out its theoretical system from two dimensions of motivation and contingency.Part three: explore the existing problems of current performance appraisal through questionnaire survey.The fourth part: according to the problems sorted out in the third part,the reasons are analyzed in depth,and a teacher performance assessment system suitable for S vocational college is designed on this basis.The fifth part: in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above performance appraisal system,this part puts forward the safeguard measures in implementation from four aspects: policy,technology,talents and funds.The sixth part: this part summarizes the conclusions of the whole paper,summarizes the deficiencies of the research according to the problems found in the study,and looks forward to the future research direction,providing references for the follow-up research.It is found that there are the following problems in the current teacher performance assessment of S vocational college: unreasonable setting of performance assessment indicators,unclear purpose of performance assessment;The performance appraisal method is not scientific and the appraisal is not fair.Employees’ active participation in the assessment process is low;Lack of incentive in performance appraisal;There are several major problems,such as the complaints of performance assessment and the unimpeded feedback channel,which are caused by the analysis of the causes of these problems.The selection of performance appraisal methods is too blind.The introduction of performance appraisal concept is low;Performance appraisal focuses on practice rather than study;The assessment process is not perfect and other reasons.In this regard,this study puts forward Suggestions for improving the performance appraisal system from the following aspects.first,reconstituting performance appraisal indicators to clarify their purpose;second,optimizing the current assessment methods and improve the objectivity of the assessment methods;third,improving the performance appraisal supervision mechanism and improve the transparency of performance appraisal;fourth,implementing incentive performance appraisal;fifth,establishing a performance appraisal complaints feedback system and improve the performance appraisal process. |
