Performance appraisal is a key point in the reform of personnel system in secondary vocational schools.Performance assessment directly affects the enthusiasm of the teachers,and the enthusiasm of the teachers has a profound impact on the teaching quality of the school.Therefore,it is very important to establish a set of practical and practical teachers' performance assessment system which can stimulate the teachers' progress and promote the professional development of the teachers.Real meaning.Based on the above reasons,this article is based on the investigation of the performance assessment of the other 10 secondary vocational schools in the city of Jiangmen(two public welfare institutions of public welfare in Jiangmen),in order to discuss the problems existing in the performance assessment of secondary vocational school teachers,and to raise the improvement measures for the problems in order to promote the improvement of the problems.Into the secondary vocational school teachers performance appraisal reform in-depth.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly explains the related concepts,research purposes,research significance and research methods of the performance assessment of secondary vocational school teachers;the second chapter reviews the current research status of teachers' performance assessment both at home and abroad,mainly including the role and principles of assessment,and the common methods of assessment;the third chapter takes the assessment status of the G secondary vocational schools as a case,and asks at the same time The paper investigates the performance assessment of 10 secondary vocational schools in Jiangmen City,which is the same as the school of G,and explores the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.On the basis of the analysis,the fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance assessment of secondary vocational school teachers.The survey found that the secondary vocational schools in Jiangmen have carried out the performance assessment of teachers,but there are generally no comprehensive assessment subjects,great influence on evaluation results by leaders at all levels,lack of extensive examination standards,incomplete assessment index,incomplete examination process,poor feedback of examination results,and evaluation results.Teachers' actual performance is not linked,and there is no effective incentive measures.The main reasons for the problems include: in the process of setting up the system,it is not comprehensive,the evaluation content is not perfect,the support of the performance appraisal theory is too thin and the long effect communication mechanism is lack.In view of the above problems and reasons,in order to provide a set of operable and scientific assessment system for the schools that have fallen into the predicament of performance assessment,according to the views of the development performance assessment and the 360 degree performance assessment,this paper believes that the correct guiding principles must be adhered to and a set of counter measures should be established in the formulation and implementation of the assessment system.The quality of teaching reflects the performance appraisal system of secondary vocational schools,so as to promote and give full play to the effectiveness of performance appraisal system in secondary vocational schools.
