ObjectiveDiscussing the socio-demographic and social psychological characteristics influencing factor of psychological health of normal and professional senior high school students is provided to serve scientific basis for developing psychological health education and psychological health care.MethodsSampling-method and sample-size: By means of stratified random and cluste sampling 672 students of senior high school in Jinan city were investigated as our sample including one normal senior high school and one professional senior high school, among the two schools from grade one to grade three.Survey method:With Anonymous questionnaires inclusive SCL-90, Adolescent self-rating life events checklist(ASLEC), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-R Short Scale, and its related factors were gathered and interviewed.Results 1.No statistical significance was found between the senior normal high school students and the professional senior high school students of the mental heal (p>0.05) , but superior to students in other areas of China in mental health. The rate of psychological health was 16. 31%. The positive rates of each factor was 10. 88-38. 07%, and 16. 31% for the total, The occurrence rate of obvious psychological disorder was 2. 72%, The positive rates of each factors was 1. 21-9. 06%;The senior professional high school students 'rate of psychological health was 21.25%. The positive rates of each factors was 13.59-35.89%. The occurrence rate of obvious psychological disorder was 2.09%, The positive rates of each factors was 1. 74-9. 06%.The first importment factor of normal school is obsessive-compulsory, and hostility in the professional school. The first importment six factors are obsessive-compulsory, sensitivity in interpersonal relationship, hostility, depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety.2. It was related to grade, sleeping time, being onling time, heavy pressure of study, well-being, parent-child relationship, physical exercises times, sleeping quality, attitude toward, social compete nce of social-demographic characteristics;it was correlated with score of LEL,especially the total score, social support, especially from families' and fiends' , part factors were correlated with coping style of positive coping style, neuroticism psychoticism of psycho-ticism and lying.3. The influencing factors of psychological health were analyzed by using logistic regression analysis. The somatization, which was significantly related to the heavy pressure of study in social-demographic characteristics and related to the score of LEL, adaption, neuroticism in social psychological characteristics influencing factor.The obsessive compulsory symptom, which was significantly related to the attitude to collectivity, the score of LEL, learning, the families' support, negative coping, neuroticism.Sensitivity in interpersonal relationship, which was significan tly related to the friends'support, sleeping time, the satification of learning, the social competence, the score of LEL, punish, bereavem ent, adaption, the friends'support, negative coping, introversion and extroversion, neuroticism.Depression was significantly related to fathers' educational ba ckground, fathers'occupation, also related to the score of LEL, punis h, introversion and extroversion, neuroticism.Anxiety was significantly related to parent-child relationship, well-being, Maternal education level, also related to the score of LEL, punish, bereavement, adaption, introversion and extroversion,neur oticism.Hostility was significantly related to learning, the score of LEL, punish, beravement, adaption, neuroticism.Phobic, the main factors affecting of psychological health were as follows: parent-child relationship, social competence, the score of LEL, introversion and extroversion, neuroticism.Paranoid ideation, the main factors affecting their kong of psychological health were as follows:the attitude toward collectivity, the score of LEL, adaption, neuroticism.Psychotism, the main factors affecting of psychological health were as follows: Maternal education level, fathers' occupation, the score of LEL, adaption, neuroticism.ConclusionMental health among senior high school students was influenced by a variety of factors including socio-demographic and social psychological characteristics. To strengthen the mental health education of high school students is helpful for the senior high school students to improve their mental health level and grow healthily; As for psychological health care of senior high school students, its prime or Controllable influencing factors and focus on community, families, schools, Individuals to develop overall and multi-layer education system of psychological health should be found out.
