| After years of exploration and research, in order to cultivate students’ healthy personality, the mental health education curriculum in China has been committed to the development trend of facing to all and holding the belief that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. However, there are many defects still needing to be improved now. As we know, The traditional mental health is also problem orientated. According to " the Outline of Education Guide for Pupil’s Mental Health", (revised in 2012), the main goal of the psychological health education is "To improve all students’psychological quality, to train their positive, healthy psychological quality, to develop their psychological potential fully so that to lay the basic to their healthy growth and their happy life in the future."The research is under the guidance of active psychology. We are going to know how to improve the students’active psychological characters and to eliminate the psychological troubles through the main channal of psychological health class. The lessons are aim to arouse students’positive emotional strength and improve the students’ positive interpersonal power. It is supposed to from the tradition of "problem oriented" mental health education to "experiential" "participatory" mental health education. We are going to find out a kind of active mental lesson which has distinctive theme, maneuverability, replication and significant effect.we hope to find more ways to contribute to the positive mental health education.First of all, we summary the concepts and relative researches at home and abroad about active psychology and active psychological health education. We also compared the previous traditional mental health education to positive mental health education.Then we prepare lessonsns which under the guidance of active psychology and put them into practice. Finally we used SPSS 19.0 to analyse the data of the experimental class and the control class. The results indicated:(1)Between the 2 factors (emotional imbalance, sensitive interpersonal),we did not see any significant difference between the experimental classes and the comparative classes. So they could treat them as the homogeneous group.(2) From the data statistics and analytical experimental group’s results of before-test and after-test, we found there were obvious and varied differences between the 2 factors (anxiety, sensitive interpersonal)(3) There are two significant (anxiety, sensitive interpersonal)(4) From the data statistics and analytical the control group’s results of before-test and after-test, we found there were no obvious and varied differences.According to the results of the experiments we have drawn some conclusions:(1)If the middle-school students have active psychological health classes, their psychological troubles can be got out of, and the classes can be effective to train the active psychological characters of the students. (2)The lessons can arouse students’ positive emotional strength and Improve the students’positive interpersonal power.(3)The curriculumis only a part of active mental health education. We also need to do many other things, we should increase the students’ positive experience, cultivate students’ positive personal traits and create positive social environment, etc. (4) Training active psychological characters have a long way to go. It need the family,the school and the social work together to build a system. |
