With the reform of education system and the expanding university enrollment over the past decade, college students have more career opportunities as well as difficulty of employment which is a noteworthy problem in current society. Psychological conflict and stress college students faced and the increasing psychological problems have pushed employment psychological problems of college students to a high degree of community concerns. Exploring the phenomenon and causes of employment psychological problems and proposing specific measures on the basis of national conditions through data of survey in the college students can do well to the promotion of employment psychological development of college students. On one hand, in the view of theory, the research in employment psychological problems of college students is not only an urgent need for the reform of world economy, but also the need for sustainable development in the field of modern education. This exploratory research will be sure to benefit the development of theoretical system of Harmonious Socialism and complement the content of healthy behavior education, which is a beneficial attempt of the domestic research in employment psychological problems of college students with the way of modeling for employment psychological problems. On the other hand, in the view of practice, finding the countermeasure for the cultivation of high quality college students through this research can help to enhance the understanding of employment psychology of educates, which will promote the educates'employment, and also supply some ways to help direct the work of educates'employment.The research using the data from interviews and questionnaires. First, prepare the questionnaires. We found out the causes of the employment psychological problems of college students through exploratory factor analysis. Second, we use this questionnaire, as well as Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), self-rated depression scale (SDS) to explore the psychological problems and solutions as well as population distribution in the survey on the basis of the sample from the college students in Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Yunnan province. Last, we use Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the relationship of employment psychology, social support, response and psychological health, and then come up with an idea that we can construct an optimization system to solve the employment psychological problems in the Harmonious society.The results of research show that,1.In this study the reliability and validity of the basic requirements to test from the compiled "Psychological status of the Graduate Employment Survey Questionnaire" by ourselves , college students psychological problems of employment are mainly embodied in preparation for employment, employment concepts, job-related skills, job knowledge, as well as the employment pressure a sense of five.2. Students in employment psychological problems, coping style and mental health professionals has significant differences, grade differences, gender differences, family differences in economic conditions, urban-rural differences, and so on.3. Graduate Employment Psychological and social support, coping style and mental health relationship is as follows:In the various dimensions there was a significant negative correlation between social support and psychological problems of employment, and the correlation is relatively weak; there was a significant positive correlation between social support and positive response, and negative coping had no significant correlation ; there was a significant negative correlation between the social support,anxiety and depression.Psychological problems in the various dimensions of employment, job preparation, employment and positive response to cognitive dimensions were significantly positively related to job-related skills and positive response was significantly negatively correlated; the employment of various dimensions of psychological problems associated with the negative response is weak. Psychological problems in the various dimensions of employment, career development planning, employment, cognitive dimensions and anxiety and depression showed significant negative correlation.4.Graduate Employment Psychological and coping style, social support have a good prediction effect on mental health; coping style as a mediator between employment problem and mental health play a mediating role of good regulation.
