Sports On The Rule Of Law School Study

Nowadays the Chinese economy is developing by leaps and bounds, while some of the physical quality indexes of the Chinese students are continually dropping in the recent 20 years. And this attracts the close attention of the Chinese government and the entire society. How to improve the situation of school physical training is an important gateway of implementing the quality education. The writer regards the slowly proceeded school sports government by law construction is the main cause of the passive school sports training work. After years of development, the Chinese school physical training legislation system on the basis of school physical training regulations with the complement of administrative regulation of the education and physical training departments ,offering the legal dependence for the construction of the Chinese school physical training legislation system. The insufficiency of the school physical training legislation system is the separation of the laws, the non-revised specialized law files, the ambiguity of the laws, and the incompetent of the new rules. The thesis utilizes the method of documentation, collection of interviews, survey by questionnaire, and mathematical statistics in analyzing the guidelines of school physical training, the construction of school sports equipments and materials in gymnasiums and stadiums, the ways and means of school physical training, the students'physical health standards, and the construction of high level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities. On the basis of retrospection the history of school physical training legislation via using the relative theory and methods of sports jurisprudence and the science of school physical training.And on the basis of all the above, the writer also discusses the guiding of school sports training, student's rights of sports training, the improvement of social family education, the establishment of the guarantee mechanism of the school sports expenditure, the central authority decentralization, the establishment of sports statute in local schools, and the enhancement of the supervising and the controlling of enforcing the laws and decrees. The thesis aims at completing the school physical training legislation system, protecting the healthy development of our school physical training, and improving the overall development of the Chinese quality education.
