Non-government primary schools are an important part of basic education in our country and have made contributions to the development of basic education in our country.Training high-quality teacher teams is the key content and important guarantee for private primary schools to improve the quality of education.Teacher training,as an important means to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the level of teacher team construction, has been attached great importance. However, there are many problems in non-government primary schools' teacher training and the results are not satisfactory.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing research on teacher training at home and abroad, this paper investigates and evaluates the effect of teacher training in two non-government primary schools in Chengdu from the three levels of response, learning and behavior by using questionnaire survey and interview, starting with the current situation of teacher training and drawing lessons from the the Kiekpatrick Model. At present, the two non-government primary schools ' teacher training is not reasonable in the arrangement of participating personnel, the arrangement of training time, the design of training content and form; The level of teacher trainers is uneven, the assessment and supervision mechanism of training is still not perfect, and the effect of teacher training is not obvious. It is found that the reason lies in the fact that the education administrative department does not pay enough attention to the non-government primary schools' teacher training and the corresponding policies have not been implemented in place; The two schools do not have enough research on the early needs of teacher training, the training funds are not in place, the training is lack of effective incentive measures, and the development of school-based training is insufficient; At the same time, teachers have too many extra-teaching tasks and lack planning for their own professional development. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of training is a systematic project, which requires the cooperation of the government,non-government primary schools and teachers. The government should incorporate privately-run teacher training into a unified plan for overall planning, build a platform for teacher training exchange between public and privately-run schools, and build an excellent training team of teachers to guide privately-run teachers to carry out professional development.Non-government primary schools should improve the guarantee mechanism of training resources, rationally arrange personnel to participate in training outside schools, actively carry out inter-school interactive training exchanges, optimize the school-based training system, and establish and perfect incentive, assessment and supervision mechanisms for teacher training.Teachers should strengthen their awareness of training, take the initiative to participate in all kinds of training, and improve the ability to reflect on training.
