The Country Doctor Talented Person Situation And Flowing Survey Method System Research

According to the differences of characteristics of the investigate object, the designer classify the inquisition object, and design the survey project to the person "on the study" and "on the job" .Taken the cohort investigation method as study target, taken Ph.D. degree gainer as the research object of the whole country in three years, taken the Doctor talented person's fluxion condition as study factor, according to the system analysis of the cohort investigation method, carry on the sample investigation and the data analysis to the research object, finally fermata a set of cohort investigation method system that system and science.The questionnaires of the recovery have been count up in formula.
