With the development of knowledge-based economy and the advance of social information-based progress, extensively applied of the modern information technique, quickly popularization of the Internet, tremendous variety of the social information environment ,all of which bring huge change and challenge to the service work of archives.University Archives which is an important part of our country's archives industry, having the dual function of serving for school and society.It becomes an urgent task for the file clerk that is how to set up new file management style in high school, get rid of the disadvantage of traditional file management style in high school, expand and enhance the social service function of the high school file, provide archives'information service which is exoteric,diversification, morderiztion for the customer, satisfy customers'changing requirement and make every university to share information resources, Therefore studying and thinking of the file information resources management style in high school have certain theories worth and important reality instruction meaning.This paper is focus on researching and exploring university archivesmanagement mode from the aspect of sharing file information resources, and aimed to set up new information resources management demanding high school and service mode which adapt the demand of the modern society.This paper is based on the present condition of high school's file management the work for stance, through three concrete examples, we analyze the reason of lagging and inefficient of traditional file management style in high school which is localization and disadvantage, we also introduce the idea of information resources management which is namely the information and knowledge-based economy ages, the file information resources'sharing. We reconstruct and evaluate the file management style in high school.In the process of writing, it is divided into five parts to carry on: The first part is an introduction. We emphasized the purpose and meaning of this topic and discuss domestic and international related research in this. The analysis pointed out the importance of high school file in the information society and the actuality meaning and merit of developing this research.Inquiring into local and many scholars in the meantime currently to the information resources management and the high school file manage of research condition and it hold standpoint.The second part, we first divide our country into 7 regions and through the way of literature search and comparison, taking region as unit to study the situation of getting to the Internet, thereby having general understanding of using the university archives.Fallowing, we emphasize three high schools'file management work including Nankai University, Tsinghua University, Jilin University that have already opened an exhibition or will soon open the exhibition file to get to the Internet to serve immediately after, carrying on further inquisition to obtain evidence.on the foundation of analyzing existence irregularity and problem in traditional file management style in high school, namely file information carrying one body, file information service only having one function, file information service is not high and passively service method .Researching the above problems deep-seated, namely the limit of the file management principle. Thereby leading to going to foreshadow for the information resources management.The third part, at first we expound the principle of sharing information resources management and information resources. We introduce this principle to the high school file management which is gradually perfect.We put forward a new file management style in high school according to the information resources share, and demonstrate its necessity. We also set up file information resources management style in high school, including establishing file information service center in high school, building up file customer feedback system in high school and uniting each high school to set up the file information integration system, this is the textual core.The file information service center in high school is the inevitable outcome of national system and the file business management system which is different from archives; it is born out of archives but different from it. Its responsible is to explore and make use of file information resources, then spread and service for the people. It is special service organization that collects and analyzes data and builds up file customer feedback system in high school, and come into being the information chain in high school and public customers'circulation.Namely file information service center in high school that provides file information corresponding to the public customer; The customer will output all or part of the information to the importation of that information (file information service center in high school) after making use of information, compare this information with the first according to the feedback aims to find out their difference and regulate the system for further information exportation activity.Setting up the file information integration system through unit each high school, is to integrate thought principle and principled use for each high school file management in order to perfect the file work and full share of each file information resources in high school.The Fourth part, we put forward a way of analyzing the new mode. The applicability of this kind of is respectively from economize the management cost of the high school file, excellent the management environment of the high school and carry out characteristic service etc.The fifth part, we look back the way of thinking and conclude the innovation of this paper. Namely, establishing high school file information service center; Building up high school file customer feedback system; consociation each high school to set up the file information integration system.At last, we think that file information resources management style in high school set up the circulating share file information chain nicely; making the file resources in high school has enough ability to exert function of its knowledge information, social education and traces to research. Although, file information resources management style in high school in this text set up still exists shortage, and the current file information resources management theories of the research is in the state of"say but don't make", this kind of trend can't be impeded.If waiting until the file information resources management theories completely mature then we consider applying it into practice, it will result in having file resources in high school being wasted. So how to set up file management style in high school will be file one of the contemporary and future initial research topics.I hope I can provide some reference for file management style in high school; the deeper purpose lies in making the relevant person to face these challenges, in order to make file information resources in high school exert its more important social responsibility.
