This paper researches and compares the differences between Geography Curriculum Standards and the textbooks of each scale regional climate characteristics expression’s features and the different ways of expression of different scale regional climate characteristics under the ways of literature research, comparative studies, interview surveys, experimental research and so on. It analyzes the causes of existing differences, the impact of teaching, and proposes the strategy of reconstruct different scale regional climate characteristics. It uses Mindmaps to construct the basic framework of different scale regional climate characteristics and uses this basic framework to reconstruct continent, region and country, China national district and area and other different scale climate characteristics of knowledge representation which makes the complex climate characteristics ’order’ and helps the students to clear the first obstacle of building the knowledge system of area geographic. Empirical studies have shown that the integration of reconstruction strategy described in this article will help to build the regional characteristics representation system effectively. This reconstructed system is relatively stable and retains the necessary flexibility which helps students to integrate the regional climate characteristics, migrate and apply the knowledge of the size scale regions smoothly, improves the inferential capability of comprehensive analysis, inductive and deductive and so on and the timeliness of regional geographic teaching and review, helps the students to construct the answer mode quickly and sort out the problem and form the standardized answer. At the same time, this system will also enhance the students’ spatial literacy, develop flexible thinking habit of transforming scale study regions, learn to deal with the geographic problem in different ways and scales and coordinates the man-land relationship in accordance which reflects the unique geographic thinking of regional and integrated.
