Research On Constructing Network Database Of Ideological And Political Courses In Jiangsu

There is a tendency in modern course reform to develop and use network resources. Constructing network database of ideological and political courses aims at providing teachers and students with abundant resources and a favorable environment for teaching and learning. It will be convenient for them to make use of the resources to achieve teaching goals successfully by means of communication, cooperation, inspiration and discussion so as to realize the intellectual and moral objects of the courses. It is of great importance to construct a convenient network database of courses with abundant resources.This paper studies the construction of network database from a macro-perspective. Based on the realities in Jiangsu, it combines theories on ideological and political courses, teaching methodology and modern education and technology together and focuses on discussing the network database and how to construct the database. The whole paper constitutes of four parts. In Part One, the author presents a general analysis of the resources on ideological and political courses in the network. Part Two focuses on the standards in constructing the database, its functions and significance. In Part Three, the author puts forwards the basic ideas and principles in constructing Jiangsu network database of ideological and political courses and discusses a reasonable structure of the database from the aspect of education and technology. Part Four mainly discusses selection of raw materials as well as joint construction and share of the database. This paper reflects on the neglect of human nature and values in education and suggests implementing humanism throughout the construction of database.
