The Study On New Teachers' Acculturation

People must develop his work in a given culture, teachers develop their work in a given culture of a certain school. New teachers go to another sort of culture from a sort of culture, as they graduate from universities and get into one school. To a new teacher ,his professional development is not only predominating educational idea, educational knowledge and educational technology continually, but also just about learning a school's given culture which is easy to be ignored. For the new teachers, the school which they enter is an invisible but powerful magnetic field. If new guys aren't magnetized, they will be separated out. Acculturation is a chief problem which new teachers must be faced to and must be settled. This is where the shoe pinches new teachers to achieve professional development.The first part of this article is about dissertating the theoretics of new teachers' acculturation. At first, the author expatiates the theoretics about acculturation and establishes the theoretic basic. Secondly, the author defines the conception of new teachers' acculturation. At last, the author analyses the relationship between new teachers' acculturation and their professional development.Based on the theory of Part One, Part Two deals with the inquiry and analysis of the new teachers' acculturation of F school. The author introduces the general situation of F school firstly, and then concretely expatiates the physical acculturation, institutional acculturation and immaterial acculturation separately of new teachers in F school. In the end, the author opens out the influencing factors of new teachers' acculturation.In Part Three, the author brings forward some advices on advancing new teachers' positive acculturation in order to solve the problems existing in the process of new teachers' acculturation.
