The practice ability of morality is the physical and mental characteristics, which ensure the individuals to make use of the already-known knowledge, and skill to solve the real morality problems .The morality practice capability is the total sum of individuals' physical and psychological traits which control and regulate the procedure and ways of individuals' settlement of moral problems. The standards of measuring the individuals' practice ability are the degree and quality of the settlement of morality. The morality practice ability which not only is a small fraction which constitutes the individual capability, but also reflects the level of one's own morality, is the synthetically index of the development of individual moral character.The mental process of practice ability of morality includes three basic segments: moral sensation, moral cognition and moral action. And the whole mental activity is accompanied by moral inspection. On the basis of specific life of university students, this thesis brings motive, determination, emotion, and environment factors into open system to be inspected, then makes out the illustration model of morality practice ability. This thesis also analyses several typical styles combine with some examples by the model to examine the validity.We find that defects of contemporary university students morality practice ability by survey are as follows: Intellect-action gap exists between moral cognition and moral practice; the ambiguity of moral cognition results in the error of moral practice; the self -control ability of moral action is not ideal and mastery ability of moral environment is not good.Reasons for morality practice ability defects are as follows: firstly, the macro-reason is the social guidance weightlessness; secondly, middle-reason is the imbalance of education administrative department and school's management action; thirdly, micro-reason is the improper aim, context, guiding ways in the process of cultivation.To establish the education model of morality practice ability of university students, Four principles of model establishment are put forward: many models should exist as a whole, more subjects should be combined, specific moral scenes should be present, the model should be handled easily, more emphasis should be laid on students' subjectivity. In conclusion, this essay discusses five education five styles and provides an education model, which can be handled for solving the defects problems of morality practice ability of university students.
