The Research For Cultivating Mode Of High Technician-High Academic Certificate

There're many reasons restricting the development of economy in our country, one of the most important of which is the lack of technicians, especially the hi-technicians in different industries. The investigating target of this essay is to establish an educating mode for cultivation of hi-technician in Technical School, taking the characteristics of hi-technicians and modern education into account.We investigate the backgrounds and conditions requested by cultivation of hi-technician in three aspects in this essay, including the concept of hi-technician, the situation for demand of hi-technician, the educational mode for hi-technician in campus. We would like to find a better educational mode for the cultivation of hi-technician in Technical Training College and Senior Technical School, based on the developing trend for education mode to cultivate hi-technician, the characteristics and advantage of us, to improve the situation lack of technicians and supply more technicians according to the demand of modernization in the long run.We investigate the theory for the cultivation of hi-technician in Technical Training College and Senior Technical School mainly by the availability and necessity to carry out the education, as well as the main problems we have to work out during the courses to the cultivation of hi-technician.The frame of system for educational theory and practice for cultivate hi-technician is mainly established based on the availability to cultivation of hi-technician, including the investigation for the construction of cultivation mode and educational system, and the cultivation valuating mechanism, which is an effective way for the operation in cultivating and improving the hi-technicians.Finally, we create the cultivating proposal for Practice in cultivating Hi-Technician in campus, according with widely needed type of talents, " Technician + Bachelor", and the characteristics of professional teaching reform, based on the practice in cultivating technicians of Major in Mechanical Design, Manufacture & Automation In Guangdong Province Technical Training College for 7 years.I hope the investigating fruit of this essay set an example to innovating education of Hi-technician cultivation in Technical Training College and Senior Technical School, and promote the construction of the hi-technicians demanded by modernization of society.
