Being in the 21st century, with the further development of our national market-economy, social competition is developing in full scale, and thus creating a society in a powerful cyclone full of competition.Unfortunately, the immature and even unsophisticated teenage students can not escape the competition. Even worse, they have to face the greatly increasing pressure and challenge from family, school and society as well. Gradually, they are doomed to suffer from the heavily mental pressure and scare and end up with mentalness and failure to find their place in society. Ex-president of China Jiang Zeming once said, "If the new generation of a nation have not a good body and excellent mental qualification, she will never tower among the powerful nations in the world as a consequence of being weak in power." Talents of 21st century have to possess excellent political qualification, solid scientific knowledge as well as the good nental qualification of being able to control and adjust his mood in sudden changes. He must be a person, optimistic, confident, mentally qualified and perfect characteristics. If not, he can never be able to adjust himself to the ever changable society and stand the fierce competition. Hence, we dare say that whether a teenager owning excellent mentality plays a vital part in their future. Thus, there is a great need to explore the frustration education in the 21st century.As for the Middle-school Students' education of frustration, it is actually a kind of eduction through which we teachers help them out of their difficulties and frustration in study and life according to the demands of teenagers' mental and physical development. Alternately, we can carry out the frustration education in order to deveolp students' will and ability to overcone all kinds of difficulties by creating and providing some relatively conditions or environments filled with hardship and obstacles on purpose. A wide variety of facts indicate: teenage students will certainly lack abilities and strong will to resist the frustration without experiencing sone frustration. Of course, they can not develop the good qualification to accomplish the historical mission and meet with the modern society. Carrying out the frustration education in Middle-school plays a key role in Chinese education development. We should advocate it to become a kind of habit, a belief, spirit as well and be included in Middle-school's regulation system. Besides, we should perform the frustration education through the whole education in Middle-school.Theoretically and practically, the paper illustrates and argues why we should carry on with the frustration education. Based on the present conditions of Chinese frustration education in Middle-school, the wtiter has done some valuable research into how to carry out the frustration education.
